Thank you!

My last blog was about my degree results but in my excitement I forgot to thank everyone for their support! (I will get back to beauty posts soon) I couldn't have got through all my exams without the numerous people who either commented on here or were giving me support on Twitter, it means so much to me and I honestly think that i wouldn't have done so well without you all, as there were several points when i just couldn't do anymore but someone always came along and gave me encouragement. So thank you to all of you!

Doing my bit!

Hi everyone! I know I've been gone for ages but I had to do my final exams for university and then i've been seeing friends and my boyfriend but I'm back now and i'll hopefully manage to gradually fill you in on everything i've been doing over the last few weeks.

A few weeks ago I somehow ended up volunteering myself with some friends to do a charity walk which was on Saturday night. It was a midnight 12 mile walk, not the best idea i've ever had but for a good cause! It was in aid of a local hospice which cares for cancer sufferers, they receive no government help so just gain money from donations. I didn't raise too much money personally but we all collected and between the 6 of us we raised around £500 which i think is fantastic!

The walk started at midnight which after you've worked 7 hours and then had a few pints of cider isn't a good idea. We completed it in 4 hours which isn't bad, but i hurt so much now! At the time my feet hurt and to be honest i wasn't sure if i'd manage the last 6 miles but i did! But now everything aches, guess it was just a delayed reaction. I keep telling myself 'never again!' but I have in fact agreed to do it again next year, but i think i'll start training now!

Cabin Fever!

I am going a little crazy! I have been in my room revising for about 5 weeks now! Yes i have been out but not for very long and not without feeling guilty! But the end is in sight, I finish exams on Thursday and after a few days of enjoying complete freedom I shall be back to blogging. I have a few things I wanna blog about but I just feel guilty constantly if I'm doing something that isn't revision :( sucks I know! But I will be back soon!

Barry M Event!

So some of you may know that I went to the Barry M VIP Event 2 weeks ago, I haven't got around to blogging about it until now because it was the day before my first exam so I have since been busy with exams, yes I was very naughty to run off to London but it was worth it!

I wasn't actually invited directly, but a few people had asked to be invited and I figured if i don't ask then I wont know at all but they very kindly said I could go, this was on Monday 18th, 2 days before it, so it was rather a quick decision!

I'm sure you've read plenty of blogs and seen plenty of videos of this event so I'm not going to go into too much detail. The event was for them to show us their new advert which is amazing, so colourful and perfect for Barry M, and also for them to explain to us all about the M Club which is going to be a place where you can watch all the gurus videos and read their blogs all in one place without having to go to different websites.

We also received an amazing goody bag! It has so much stuff in, they were so incredibly generous!

I realised after I took the picture that I haven't included the nail paints, but we received the 5 new nail paints.

And also a Barry M t-shirt which has become my pyjama top:

It was an amazing day and I'm so lucky to be able to go, I met so many lovely bloggers and would happily do it again! Hopefully I will go to another event one day because I didn't get to speak to anyone for long enough!
